Florbay.com focuses on providing excellent products and creating enjoyable shopping experience to our customers. Our Return and Exchange Policies were created to help customers to handle all kinds of return or exchange cases.
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Florbay, If you are not fully pleased with your order, please do contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at [email protected], providing your order number and stating the reason for cancellation.
a. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but not yet shipped will be eligible for a full refund.
b. We cannot accept order cancellation requests for shipped orders. In such cases, please initiate a return after receiving the package.
c. Return/Exchange shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.(include order's shipping fee)
d. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 to 15 business days. If you haven't received a refund within 21 days, please contact us via email for further assistance.
Return/Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged) with the original tags attached.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
Return Process:
1. Email our Customer Service at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return. Returns without prior approval from our Customer Service may be refused.
2. Upon receiving a reply from [email protected], your return request has been approved. Please promptly return the dress to us using the provided address. Include the following information with the package: Order Number, Email, and Full Name. This information is crucial for us to identify your package. Refunds cannot be arranged without this information.
3. All the products that be returned must be checked. We will process the refund when we confirm. Once the refund has been processed by us and notify you via email, it usually takes 5-15 business days for the money to get back to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

• We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Please do not return the package directly to the address on our website or on the package. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.
• We reserve the right to reject returns from customers who do not provide clear photographic evidence or a detailed description of the problem. Furthermore, if we are unable to contact you by email, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
• When you ship your return to us, please ensure that you keep your shipping receipt and tracking information. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a tracked shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance for your return. The customer is responsible for the return package until it is received at our warehouse.
