Order Cancellation:

a. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and not yet shipped are eligible for a full refund.
b. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In these cases, you may initiate a return once the package has been delivered.
c. Return and exchange shipping costs, including the order’s original shipping fee, are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
d. Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days. If you have not received your refund after 21 days, please contact us for further assistance.
Return/Exchange Conditions

3、All returned items must be in their original condition, including being unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
4、Customers must use a traceable shipping method when returning or exchanging items. Returns sent without tracking information cannot be processed.
Return Process:

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

We are unable to process refunds if we cannot identify your package.
3、Inspection and Refund Processing:
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds will be issued once the items are confirmed to be in acceptable condition. After we process the refund and notify you by email, it typically takes 5–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
